Le Tour des Collèges: 10-17 September 2026
“Le Tour des Collèges” is an alumni cycling event celebrating these anniversaries by raising $150K in support of both the New Museum project and projects that benefit the current cadets and the colleges.
The Ottawa Branch of the RMC Alumni Association has assumed the role of Lead Sponsor of Le Tour des Collèges in order to support this inspiring 500 km journey. This sponsorship will cover the main logistical costs of the riders in order that they can focus on meeting their personal fundraising goals towards the $150K target.
Save the date: 150th Anniversary Meet & Greet BBQ – 14 September 2026
The Ottawa Branch will host the Tour des Collèges cyclists at the mid-point of their journey as they pass through Ottawa. A “Meet & Greet BBQ” will take place at the Hylands Golf Club on Monday, 14 September from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM.
Ottawa area alumni, spouses & partners are invited to attend, meet the cyclists and wish them well. This is a great chance to come together and recognize the commitment of the riders and for all of us to celebrate our camaraderie and shared pride in the Colleges on these milestone anniversaries.
It is also an opportunity to have informal Ottawa area class reunions.
BBQ details to follow closer to the event.
