The AGM will be held on October 28th at 1700 hrs at the Royal Canadian Military Institute, 426 University Ave, Toronto ON M5G 1S9. Voting will be conducted electronically between October 16, 2026, and October 28, 2026. To receive a ballot voting members must have an e-mail address on file.

- Notice of meeting & Circular – October 5, 2026
- Electronic ballots sent to members – October 16, 2026
- Voting closes – October 28, 2026
- Annual General Meeting – October 28, 2026
Board of Directors
The Board has determined that, as an alternative to the Board process, voting members who did not go through the Board process but wish to be nominated should be included on the ballot at the AGM. In order to be on the ballot placed before the AGM a member must, before August 28, 2026, provide the RO with evidence that their candidacy is supported by:
a. 20 voting members; and,
b. The 20 voting members must include members from three different provinces.
Items for Discussion at the AGM
The Board has set aside one hour for general discussion of RMCAA business. If any member or Branch has other business for discussion the topic as well as a brief explanation of importance should be submitted to the RO before September 22th, 2026 to allow for inclusion in the Notice of Meeting. Preference will be given to topics submitted by Branches or topics of general interest to members.
