Pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves-officiers, c\u2019\u00e9tait l\u2019occasion de mettre les \u00e9tudes de c\u00f4t\u00e9 le temps d\u2019une fin de semaine et de s\u2019amuser. Le tournoi favorise aussi l\u2019esprit d\u2019\u00e9quipe et de comp\u00e9tition, et resserre les liens entre \u00e9l\u00e8ves-officiers et anciens \u00e9l\u00e8ves.<\/p>\n<p>Enfin, il permet aux \u00e9tudiants de se perfectionner en ce qui a trait au travail d\u2019\u00e9quipe, \u00e0 l\u2019organisation et \u00e0 la planification.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 votre soutien que nous sommes en mesure de poursuivre la tradition pour les \u00e9l\u00e8ves-officiers du CMR Saint-Jean. Ainsi, le tournoi de ballon-balai des ex-cadets est un \u00e9norme moment d'apprentissage pour l'aile. De plus, toutes les comp\u00e9titions et tournois organis\u00e9s au CMR Saint-Jean favorisent les \u00e9changes entre les participants. A travers ces \u00e9changes, nous cr\u00e9ons des liens et des contacts qui nous seront utiles tout au long de notre carri\u00e8re.
